New footage shows sedated football team carried from Thailand cave

The footage, released on the Thai Navy SEALs Facebook page, shows a complex operation with numerous divers -- both foreign and Thai -- using pulleys, ropes and rubber piping to haul members of the football team to safety.

Thai boys wave, make peace sign in first photo since their rescue

The last group of the 12-member “Wild Boars” soccer team and their coach was brought out of the Tham Luang cave, near the border with Myanmar, on Tuesday night, safely ending a dangerous rescue and evoking international relief and joy.

11 rescued from Thailand cave, some boys asked for ‘bread and chocolate spread’

Two more were still inside the Tham Luang cave in Thailand but authorities were confident of getting them out by Tuesday evening though a network of flooded tunnels.
