SummerFest Abu Dhabi, which launched in 2011, will kick off at the end of next month and run until August 17 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre. It will include everything from rock climbing walls and zip lines to a giant labyrinth and the event’s biggest obstacle course to date.

For adults, the event will feature stand-up comedy shows by English-speaking Arabic funnymen and women, as well as theater productions and sporting clinics.

Tickets are 40 AED for adults and 20 AED for kids 12 and under. Free for kids under 2.

A similar event in neighboring Dubai, Summer is Dubai, meanwhile, runs June 7 to September 7 and includes special promotions and discounts, including free accommodation for two children below the age of 12.
