Ajay Devgn, who is looking forward to action movies like Priyadarshan’s Tezz and the remake of Singham directed by Rohit Shetty, admits that he was offered a stunt-based reality show recently. The show in question is tentatively titled Hai Dum and it’s rumoured that his co-host is actor Preeti Desai.

“Well I haven’t really pin pointed anything on that front,” he says with a shrug. “We’ll cross the bridge when we come to it. Right now, there are ample movies of mine on the floors and ready to go on floors that will keep me on my toes for a long time.”

It’s said that its producer,a leading tennis ace, took the show to a leading general entertainment channel for approval and tweaking the format as per their requirement.

Insiders say that the initial talks came to a grinding halt when the channel’s reality show calendar and Ajay’s dates didn’t match. However, chances are that the actor will be returning to the small screen for a third round after Rock N Roll Family and Emotional Atyachar 3, either towards the end of the year or some time early next year.

Until then, Ajay is happy doing ‘maar-dhaad’ in the movies. “I have a strong line up this year with a varied mix of romance, comedy and action. I don’t like repeating myself back to back. It’s a conscious effort to avoid burn out as an actor. So, although you will find me working in movies of all the genres I mentioned, you won’t find them in bunches at the box office,” he adds.

Apart from Tezz and Singham, the actor is working on Rascals and will start working on Bol Bachchan in the current half of the year. There was news that Golmaal franchise’ fourth movie was likely to go on floors sometime this year. Ajay, without commenting on it, says, “Golmaal 4 is not happening rightaway. Next year, amen!”
