The show revolves around two sisters Jeevika (Krystle D’Souza) and Maanvi (Niaa Sharma). According to the story so far, Maanvi is suffering from leukaemia and needs an immediate bone marrow transplant. But when time runs out, and the doctor informs Jeevika that she is the only match, she takes the tough decision to help her sister, even going against her husband’s wishes. “The doctor has told her that as she’s pregnant, she can’t donate her marrow. But Jeevika decides to sacrifice her child for her younger sister. Of course, her husband Viren is upset but most of all Maanvi is furious when she finds out,” says Krystle.
When Maanvi discovers the truth, she refuses to accept the marrow, especially after her abortion. To stop Jeevika from taking the drastic step, Maanvi will file a court case and get a stay order for the operation. Viren will fight for Jeevika supporting her decision, while Uncle Inder (Anupam Bhattacharya) will fight on Maanvi’s behalf in court. The events will lead the two sisters to the opposite ends of a heated court battle.
