Lena Headey and Kit Harington are seen together in leaked set pictures from Game of Thrones Season 8.

The wait for the next season of Game of Thrones may be long and full of spoilers but that isn’t stopping us from getting excited each time a new leaked set pictures pops up on our timeline. After burning an entire town, the crew is now filming a scene between Kit Harington’s Jon Snow and Lena Headey’s Cersei Lannister.

The two were spotted in Croatia and their pictures from the sets shared online on the show’s fanpages. Show creater DB Weiss is also seen in the images, instructing his two lead actors. While Jon has put on his fluffy black robes, Cersei’s dark gown now has metal plates on her shoulders and chains all across the front. Perhaps she has prepared for Jon’s wrath after promising him aid against the White Walkers and withdrawing it at the last moment in the previous season.

Lena recently talked about the show coming to an end in an interview, saying how everyone cried at some point during the final episode script reading session. Both Kit and Lena have been a part of the show since it began eight years ago.

While an official air date has not yet been revealed, actor Maisie Willaims, who plays Arya on the show, told fans to expect an April 2019 release.
