Nach Baliye 8: Mohit and Sanaya’s fans running fake competitions to help them win?

To help actor-couple Sanaya Irani and Mohit Sehgal rise on Nach Baliye 8, fans are reportedly running fake contests to get them maximum votes.

Nach Baliye 8 participants Mohit Sehgal and Sanaya Irani are trying hard to stay in the dance reality show. Struggling in the bottom two, the celeb-couple is among the four couples now battling it out in the competition that began with a total of 10 jodis.

While Mohit and Sanaya are nevertheless working hard to perfect their dance moves, their fans, too, are trying to garner as many public votes as they can to survive in the show. However, according to sources, some fans have gone to the extent of running fake competitions to keep the votes pouring. They’re asking people to vote for the husband-wife duo and win an iPhone in return.

“Fans have been running fake voting contest online saying that lucky winners who vote for Monaya (popular name for Mohit and Sanaya) will win a phone,” says a source.

The number mentioned on these messages is the same number that Mohit and Sanaya urge fans to call on (in the show) for votes. Not just that, fans are also bashing other couples on social media, and are coaxing judges to give Monaya good scores.

“Their fans start spamming the judges’ social media accounts if they give the couple less marks,” adds the source.

Mohit and Sanaya remained unavailable for a comment.
