Rakhi Sawant beats Akshay Kumar

Rakhi Sawant’s show Rakhi Ka Insaaf has beaten Akshay Kumar’s MasterChef India's Saturday episode on the basis of TRP ratings. Read on for details.

According to the ratings issued by TAM India this week, Rakhi Sawant’s once-a-week show, Rakhi Ka Insaaf on Imagine, has garnered 2.3 TVRs in its Saturday episode, which is .3 points higher than the opening episode’s average.

The episode’s average has beaten Akshay Kumar’s MasterChef India’s Saturday episode average on Star Plus, which is 1.7 TVRs. It’s also .1 point less than the Salman Khan episode of Bigg Boss 4 on Colors that aired on Saturday. Khan and Kumar’s shows air at 9 pm, whereas Sawant’s show is slotted for 10 pm.

Kaun Banega Crorepati with Amitabh Bachchan as the host leads the pack with 4 TVRs as the week’s average. Bigg Boss 4 and MasterChef’s total average is 2.5 TVRs each. Star Plus leads the pack of Hindi general entertainment channels with 379 points and over five shows in the Top 10 slot.

Colors occupies No 2 slot with 250 points, Sony Entertainment and Zee TV are at No 3 and 4 respectively with 208 and 203 points.
