He says, “We are dedicating all our performance to our families this week, and what better way than to have them involved in the whole process.”

Talking about the idea behind the act, Shaan explains, “It is about siblings. I will play the role of my elder son, 11-year-old Soham, while Marisha (choreographer) plays the younger one, 8-year-old Shubh. We decided to get them to sing the song as then it would suit our act.”

The kids have previously lent their voices for the song ‘Bum pe laat’ from the film Himmatwala, “They sing pretty well,” says Shaan proudly. But ask him if he sees them taking up it up as a profession and he replies, “That is too far into the future. Let’s see how and where their interests take them. They definitely have the talent, but whether they want to be singers or not is up to them.”
