Recently, she took part in a painting workshop organised on a beach. Shama says, “I was super excited when my friend Sheuli Thukral, who is an art director, told me to do this. We went to the Juhu Beach early in the morning and started working on our paintings. The experience was truly magical.” Shama made 25 paintings in two days.

“Painting on a beach is a different experience. The open-air atmosphere and the sound of the waves make it a divine ambiance. It’s common abroad, but not in India,” she says, adding that she is looking forward to the next session, where she will learn body painting.
