Sonali Bendre to judge Indian Idol 4

After judging Sony's Mr and Ms TV, Bendre will join Anu Malik and Javed Akhtar as a judge on the music reality show.

After judging Sony's Mr and Ms TV, Sonali Bendre is back on the chair. She is the fourth member of the Indian Idol 4 jury, which includes Anu Malik and Javed Akhtar along with the other new entrant Kailash Kher . Kher and Bendre are replacing Udit Narayan and Alisha Chinai .

Albert Almeida , channel herad, Sony TV, was reluctant to confirm Bendre's entry but did say that the channel is in talks with the actress.

Almeida is confident that Bendre will add glamour to the show. But why pick a person who isn't a music expert, as a judge? She is very balanced and her opinions are sound.
