TV actor Ssharad Malhotra is getting married to Ripci Bhatia on Saturday and pictures from his mehendi and sangeet ceremonies are already being shared online. Check them out here.

TV actor Ssharad Malhotra, who will get married to Delhi-based designer Ripci Bhatia on Saturday, held his mehendi and sangeet ceremonies recently and pictures and videos from the celebrations have been shared online. The duo will perform twin wedding ceremonies - in accordance with Hindu and Sikh traditions.

Ssharad Malhotra and Ripci Bhatia will tie the knot on Saturday.

In the pictures from the mehendi ceremony held on Friday, Ssharad is seen in a pastel-coloured kurta-pyjama and bandhgala, while the bride-to-be wore a blue lehenga-choli, and had hair tied in a side braid. Rose jewellery complimented her looks.

The couple also held a ring ceremony Friday evening at which the TV actor wore a maroon velvet bandhgala-kurta, and his fiancée glowed in a golden lehenga choli. Check out the pictures here:

In the pictures and videos that some of the guests shared online, Ssharad and Ripci are seen grooving to hit Bollywood numbers including Aankh Maarey from Simmba, Main Agar Kahoon from Om Shanti Om and the latest Jawani Song from Student of The Year 2.

Ssharad had told Hindustan Times earlier this month that he won’t have “time for any honeymoon right now” . Talking about the upcoming wedding, he had said, “I’ve been married many times on screen, so I am waiting to see how I feel in real life when I put sindoor in Ripci’s maang. I know most of the ceremonies by heart — haldi, mehendi, pheras, etc. But I am waiting to experience the moment when it actually happens [in real life]. I wonder what I will feel during the saat pheras, or when she wears the mangalsutra.”

On the work front, Ssharad is currently seen on the sitcom Muskaan and has also worked in popular shows including Kasam Tere Pyar Ki, Bhata Ka Veer Putra Maharana Pratap, among others.
