Friends close to Nauman say that he has always felt a deep sense of responsibility towards his twin brother Salman and often ends up playing the typical big brother. The extent of this concern always worried Nauman but he could never find an answer for why he felt compelled to look after his brother.

On the reality show Raaz Pichele Janam Ka, Nauman apparently regressed to a time where he was a soldier fighting a Civil war in France and sensed a strong association with his present life twin Salman. It was during this Civil War that Nauman had a certain life-altering experience that changed his outlook towards Salman completely. Sounds a bit strange, doesn’t it?
