Watch: Former Haryana CM Bhupinder Singh Hooda files nomination

Former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda filed his nomination papers from Garhi Sampla Kiloi constituency on Friday. The Congress strongman has been appointed the chairperson of election management committee and is leading Congress' election battle in the state along with Kumari Selja who is the chief of Haryana Congress. There has been a massive rift in the Congress with former state party chief Ashok Tanwar protesting outside Sonia Gandhi's residence and eventually quitting from the party's election committees.
