Belarus blasts NATO and EU at UNGA, says West wants to use Ukraine to weaken and break Russia

Belarusian Foreign Minister Maxim Ryazanukov delivered a sweeping anti-Western UN address, accusing the EU and wider “collective West” of prolonging the Ukraine war to weaken Russia, enrich themselves and preserve global dominance. He said the West wants a “controlled, frozen, and eternal conflict,” while portraying Belarus as a supporter of negotiations, Eurasian security and a multipolar world.
