Militants in Myanmar claimed to have taken control of a town bordering India and Bangladesh, reported AFP. Ethnic armed group Arakan Army has reportedly conquered the port town of Paletwa, which is essential for Myanmar to trade with neighbouring countries. Earlier, a coalition of three ethnic militant groups including a Chinese militia, had captured an entire city bordering China.
