Australia will be trying to play competitive cricket after tough one week: David Saker
Australia’s bowling coach David Saker has said the team is facing an uphill task after being reduced to 110/6 in response to South Africa’s 488. Saker added that getting three new guys in for a Test match was not easy. “To put three guys into a test match that have come from Australia and one hasn’t played a game a competitive game for a while is always going to be a little bit tough, but again the opposition bowled particularly well and we didn’t deal with that and that has been a little bit of the story for this series so far. We didn’t leave the ball and when the opposition left the ball extremely well. We didn’t have a great run on the green today, but they have out played us for sure,” Saker admitted.
