Speaking at the HT Summit, Deepti Sharma, the World Cup-winning all-rounder and India women's team coach Amol Muzumdar relived the historic day for the Indian women's Cricket team. Muzumdar called the World Cup win in November was a watershed moment for women's cricket in India. He likens the win to what the men's team achieved in 1983 under the captaincy of Kapil Dev.
