Donald Trump goes on rant against Somalia & Ilhan Omar; 'just run around killing…' each other…’

During Dec. 2 cabinet briefing, U.S. President Trump targeted Rep. Ilhan Omar, Minnesota’s Somali community, and Somalia. He described Somalia as dysfunctional, accused Somali immigrants of massive welfare abuse, and claimed they had “ripped off” Minnesota for “billions.” He repeatedly insulted Omar personally, calling her “garbage,” and portrayed Somali immigrants as non-contributors harming the United States. Warning that the country was at a “tipping point,” he argued the U.S. would “go the wrong way” if it continued accepting immigrants he labeled negatively, urging they “go back” and “fix” their countries.
