Gurugram Golf Course Road accident case accused Kalyan Bainsla has been arrested in Rajasthan in connection with the incident involving a woman biker. Police said Bainsla was apprehended in Dausa and is being brought back to Gurugram for further investigation. Gurugram Police have also added Section 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, pertaining to attempt to murder, after analysing CCTV footage of the incident. The case was registered after a video showing the car allegedly hitting the woman biker on Golf Course Road went viral on social media. Bainsla has denied deliberately hitting the biker and claimed the collision was accidental.
