India defeated Bangladesh in the second Test played at Eden Gardens in Kolkata. The Men in Blue clinched the series by winning the match by an innings and 46 runs. With the latest victory, skipper Virat Kohli led his team to its seventh straight Test win - one more than the team won under Mahendra Singh Dhoni. Team India also set a world record by becoming the first team to win four consecutive Test matches by an innings. Before the Bangladesh series, India had defeated South Africa in the last two Tests by an innings.
