Amit Shah tables Citizenship Amendment Bill in Lok Sabha: Who said what

There was massive ruckus in Lok Sabha as Home Minister Amit Shah tabled the Citizenship Amendment bill in the house. Congress, TMC and several other opposition parties launched a stinging attack on the Modi government accusing it of violating the tenets of the constitution. The bill seeks to grant Indian citizenship to non-Muslim refugees from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan escaping religious persecution there.
