Commuters reacts to re-implementation of odd-even scheme in Delhi

Delhi commuters react to re-implementation of odd-even rule. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced that the odd-even rule will be implementing again in November to tackle pollution in winter. Some commuters feels re-implementing the ruleis a good move and supported it. A few commuters think that it won't do much to reduce pollution in Delhi during winter.
