Economic Survey 2018-2019: ‘Guided by blue sky thinking,’ says CEA

A day before the Union Budget, FM Nirmala Sitharaman tabled the Economic Survey 2018-19. Chief Economic Advisor KV Subramanian addressed the presser of the survey. In his address, he said that the survey is guided by the dictum of 'blue sky thinking'.
