This was a reference to BJP statements that NDA-ruled states have a 'double-engine' government, with one 'engine' at the Centre, and the other in the state. He also accused the allies of bickering while the people suffered. The Opposition has been attacking the government over the recent floods in the state. Even the ruling partners have traded veiled barbs.
