Railways cancels trains as fog engulfs north India

Dense fog continues to engulf the national capital and other parts of North India during the early morning hours, with trains and flights being delayed, cancelled and rescheduled. As many as 53 trains were delayed, 23 rescheduled and 13 cancelled due to heavy fog in Delhi. Arrival of five international flights at Delhi's IGI airport was delayed, and several domestic flights were also delayed.
