Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal met Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Wednesday. The meeting took place at the latter's residence in the national capital. This was the first direct interaction between the two politicians since the conclusion of the Delhi Assembly elections. Kejriwal's Aam Aadmi Party had swept the polls, winning 62 seats, while the Bharatiya Janata Party was only able to secure 8 seats in the 70-member House. Following the meeting, Kejriwal addressed a press conference and called his meeting with Shah fruitful.
