Karnataka floods | Yediyurappa requests centre to release Rs 10,000 crore

Flood situation continues to remain grim in Karnataka. BS Yediyurappa requested the centre to release 10,000 crore immediately. The Karnataka CM said that the situation in Karnataka was 'very bad'. Yediyurappa will be meeting PM Modi in Delhi on 16 Aug regarding the matter. Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief of Training Command, Air Marshal SK Ghotia also informed about the difficulties while rescuing people in the flood hit region.
