4th International Conference on Federalism

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Monday inaugurated the three day global conference, which is being organised by the Canada-based Forum of Federations. The focus of the conference is on issues such as fiscal federalism, managing conflicts and diversity and dealing with internal conflict and tension. Delegates from various countries are taking part in the conference.
