Acted according to rules: Shinde on Afzal Guru's execution

Union home minister Sushil Kumar Shinde on Monday spoke on the controversy surrounding the letter disclosing that Afzal Guru was to be hanged for his role in the 2001 attack on Parliament. The letter was received by his family two days after he was executed in Delhi.
