Andhra goes to by polls

By polls began in Andhra Pradesh with voting all set to be held in Nellore Lok Sabha seat and 18 legislative assembly constituencies. The ruling Congress in the state, opposition Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and YSR Congress party will fight it out for the seats.
