Arrest Azam if you want fair probe on riots: Vinay Katiyar to Akhilesh

BJP vice president Vinay Katiyar says that Congress, BSP and SP are together in inciting the Muzaffarnagar riot. Further, he said that if the UP chief minister wants a fair probe, he should first arrest Azam Khan.
