Bahuguna urges FM to issue certificates of missing

Uttarakhand chief minister Vijay Bahuguna met finance minister P Chidambaram with an aim to seek issuance of certificates for the missing people. He also appealed that service tax should be waived off till March 31 to provide relief to the tourism industry.
