Bulandshahr minor rape: SC notice to UP govt

Taking suo motu cognizance of the media reports, the Supreme Court on Wednesday issued notice to UP government in connection with the detention of a ten-year-old rape victim by police in Bulandshahr. The Apex Court has directed the Akhilesh Yadav government to respond on the same by Monday.
