CBI to investigate the missing files in Adarsh scam

The Mumbai High Court on Thursday transferred the investigation from the local police to Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), regarding the missing documents of crucial clearances in the Adarsh Housing Society scam. While addressing the media, Y P Singh, a petitioner and lawyer in the Adarsh Housing Scam case said that the court ordered Mumbai police to transfer investigations to CBI.
