Coal minister rules out reinstatement of de-allocated coal blocks

Union coal minister Sri Prakash Jaiswal has stated that as per its new process of allotting coal mining blocks, his ministry will give priority to the requirements of the National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC). Jaiswal also ruled out the reinstatement of de-allocated coal blocks.
