Cong complains to EC, Vardhan defends self

BJP's chief ministerial candidate for New Delhi Dr Harshvardhan on Monday defended himself after the Congress approached the Election Commission complaining that he had made distorted claims on polio eradication. Dr. Harshvardhan said that he actively participated in the Polio eradication programme and received many awards for it.
