Congress questions development in Gujarat

After the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) lambasted the working of the Integrated Child Development Scheme in Gujarat and said in its report that every third child in the state is underweight, the Congress got a chance to raise questions over the development mantra chanted by the Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi.
