CWG scam: court to charge Kalmadi and others on Feb 4

A Delhi court has postponed the hearing and has decided to formally frame charges against sacked CWG Organising Committee chief Suresh Kalmadi and nine others, including OC secretary general Lalit Bhanot under various sections of Indian Penal Code and Prevention of Corruption Act on February 4.
