CWG venues would be ready as per schedule: OC

While addressing media persons in New Delhi on Monday Lalit Bhanot, Secretary General of Commonwealth Games Organising Committee assured that the venues of the upcoming Commonwealth Games would be ready as per schedule with world-class facilities. Meanwhile, Randhir Singh, Secretary General of Indian Olympic Association termed the infrastructure created for the Commonwealth Games as a catalyst for the sports movement. He noted, these assets could justify India's bid to stage the subsequent Asian Games and even the Olympiad.
