Cyclone Phailin: Andhra Pradesh out of danger says IMD

Talking to mediapersons in New Delhi, LS Rathore, DG of IMD said that the 'severe cyclonic storm' was situated 50km south of Sambalpur and was moving in a north to north-west direction.
