Delhi gangrape: no assurance for justice after PM's speech, says BJP

Even as Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh broke his silence on Monday over the brutal gangrape of a 23 year old paramedical student in the national capital, main opposition, the BJP, has slammed the PM stating that the country still awaited any firm assurance on the matter.
