Delhi gangrape: Police chief takes on SDM

Delhi police chief, Neeraj Kumar on Tuesday hit back at the sub divisional magistrate or SDM of Vasant Vihar, Usha Chaturvedi, following her recent revelations that senior Delhi police officers allegedly interfered with the crucial process of recording the statement of the Delhi gang-rape victim.
