Delhi HC blast: Bomb placed in a suitcase

Terror struck Delhi when 11 people were killed and at least 70 injured in a blast outside the High Court premises jam-packed with visitors waiting to get entry passes. It was the second blast in four months outside the High Court premises. There were several lawyers at the spot. Report suggested that bomb was placed in a suitcase.
