Delhi HC blast: NIA suspects role of foreign militia

The conspiracy to target Delhi's HC extended far beyond India's borders into Bangladesh as well as other countries. Investigations have brought forth the name of a Bangladeshi Major, who deserted the Bangla army after army jawans revolted against senior officials in 2009. NIA suspects upto four foreign militia involved in this.
