Delhi rape: HC slams police over status report

The Delhi high court on Wednesday pulled up Delhi police over its status report on the December 16, gangrape case. The court asked why its top police officer was not being held accountable for the brutal gangrape of a 23-year-old paramedical student inside a moving bus in the national capital.
