Dense fog wreaks havoc in northern India

Dense fog and severe cold conditions continued to wreak havoc across Northern India on Monday, disrupting air, road and rail causing inconvenience to the locals as well as passengers. The locals in New Delhi got a feel of heavy winter as dense fog descended on the capital reducing normal visibility to almost zero in some areas.
