DGCA suspends Kingfisher airlines' licence

The Directorate General of Civil Aviation has suspended the flying licence of Kingfisher Airlines for failing to come up with a viable plan to come out of the financial crisis. Earlier in October, the DGCA had asked the carrier why its licence to fly should not be cancelled for failing to provide a "safe, efficient and reliable service.
