'Disappointed over PM's no to appear before JPC'

Senior BJP leader, Yashwant Sinha on Tuesday informed that he has written a letter to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh stating he is 'surprised and disappointed' over his refusal to depose before the Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) on 2G scam.
