Draft chargesheet on Delhi gang-rape finalised

The Delhi Police has prepared the draft chargesheet related to the brutal gang-rape and murder of a paramedical student on a moving bus in New Delhi on 16th December. The cops are expected to cite 30 witnesses in this case.
