Ex- BCCI vice-president backs Kambli

Former BCCI vice-president Sunil Dev has supported Vinod Kambli's view that the 1996 World Cup final could have been fixed. Dev said that Kambli should've spoken up at that moment, and it's unlikely that any investigation can be conducted now.
